Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome on site visitors, determine nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate staff member
- Monitors visitor access and issues swipe cards when required
- Manage meeting room bookings.
- Organise and collect catering for customer visits. Provide refreshments.
- Organise accommodation and transport for customer visits.
- Order, receive and maintain office stationery and consumable stock.
- Raise PO’s and match invoices.
- Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate staff / Receive and issue courier items.
- Manage and control Company vehicle keys.
- Process staff uniform orders
- Prepare customer welcome packs.
- Provide administrative support to Departments as required
- Any other duties as deemed necessary for the role.
- Maintain a clean and tidy works area
30 hours per week, flexible start time, to be agreed upon by management.
