Full job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome on site visitors, determine nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate staff member
  • Monitors visitor access and issues swipe cards when required
  • Manage meeting room bookings.
  • Organise and collect catering for customer visits. Provide refreshments.
  • Organise accommodation and transport for customer visits.
  • Order, receive and maintain office stationery and consumable stock.
  • Raise PO’s and match invoices.
  • Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate staff / Receive and issue courier items.
  • Manage and control Company vehicle keys.
  • Process staff uniform orders
  • Prepare customer welcome packs.
  • Provide administrative support to Departments as required
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary for the role.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy works area

30 hours per week, flexible start time, to be agreed upon by management.
