Management Brief from Ronan Mallaghan – Mon 16 May 2016

As most of you will have heard from our team briefing of 18 April, we need to build on the back of a great year and keep driving the business forward. We can’t rest on our laurels and stand still.
To this effect I have implemented some changes below, effective from 13 June 2016:-
Donal Kelly
Our customers are demanding we grow our whole after sales service, from commissioning and warranty to parts and refurbishment. I’m delighted to advise that Donal has agreed to take on this exciting growth area of the companies development.
Niall Mallaghan
As you all know we have aggressive plans for the development of the site over the next few years, from the road system to a new R&D and Parts Facility to extending both factories and new best in class staff canteen and training facilities. Niall has agreed to take on the important role of Infrastructure Director and ensure that our campus keeps pace with our growth.
Larissa Campbell
I’m also delighted to announce that Larissa will be promoted to the position of Procurement Manager. As you all know Larissa has been a great understudy to Donal over the last few years and is certainly more than ready for this new challenge.
Larissa will report to Gregory Cassidy.
I know you will join me in wishing Donal, Niall and Larissa continued success in their new roles.
