Head of SHEQ

As Head of SHEQ, you will have a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining a robust SHEQ performance regime
company wide. Leading on all aspects of SHEQ performance, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous
improvement to our in-house standards, systems and procedures, implementing legislative compliance and
best practices across our multidisciplinary team.
You will play a key role in shaping our strategy and ensuring that Mallaghan is an exemplar of SHEQ in our
industry, strengthening our current SHEQ legacy with your wide-ranging knowledge and experience. The ideal
candidate shall embrace and champion our People, Innovation, Partnership & Efficiency values with the aim to
integrate these into daily decisions and actions consistently.
