Following our successful “Meet Your MD” event in May, we dedicated a day to learning and celebration for our talented apprentices.

To kickstart the day, we were fortunate to welcome Una from MEGA (Manufacturing & Engineering Growth & Advancement) to facilitate a workshop on company values. Una guided apprentices through the importance of embodying these values and encouraged them to explore ways to further implement them within our business.

Following this enlightening workshop, Dermot Begley took the stage to deliver a masterclass on project development. Dermot engaged with our apprentices and helped them delve deeper into their innovative ideas and consider how these could be put into practice.

As the day drew to a close, we ensured that our apprentices had a chance to unwind and bond with their colleagues at Todd’s Leap, where they participated in various fun activities, fostering a sense of team spirit.
